
David Alfano, CPA
David is a current member of the BET, where he serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. He has owned and operated his Greenwich-based accounting firm since 1995 and has been a resident for 54 years. David previously served on the RTM, including the Budget Overview Committee, and holds an accounting degree from Providence College.

Nisha Arora
Nisha is a current BET member and Chair of the Investment Committee. She spent two decades in investment management before joining the BET and is an active community volunteer. Nisha serves on the board of the CT Mirror, has served on the boards of YWCA, TFI, & the Avon, and co-founded India Cultural Center of Greenwich. She holds an engineering degree from Rutgers and an MBA from Yale.

Alessandra Brus
Alessandra brings capital-markets and business consulting experience suited to financial oversight. She led institutional equity sales and trading teams and later advised companies on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. A UC San Diego graduate, she has served on boards including Kids in Crisis, Neighbor to Neighbor, and founded Greenwich’s chapter of the National Charity League.

Philip Dodson
Phil is a lifelong Greenwich resident and six-term RTM member where he served as vice-chair of the Public Works Committee. Phil retired as a Greenwich Police Lieutenant and EMT after 27 years of service and has served on the Alarm Appeals Board since 2018. A volunteer at St. Agnes Church, he received the St. Augustine Medal of Service. Philip holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven.

John Hopley
John has over 25 years of senior leadership in global finance, treasury, and investment management, with experience across the U.S., Middle East, and Asia. He has expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Columbia University.

Lucia Jansen
Lucia is a current member of the BET and serves on its HR Committee. She has been on the RTM for 18 years, including 8 as Chair of the Budget Overview Committee. A former senior executive in high technology for 15 years, she holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BA from the University of Texas. A 30-year Greenwich resident, Lucia is married with one daughter.
